Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
Synveron Inc. builds software products for Shopify merchants, HubSpot teams, and regulated operators. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us.
Information we collect
- Account and marketplace information, such as store domain, portal ID, account owner email, plan, and billing status.
- Product workflow data needed to operate each app, such as audit results, consent records, deal health signals, or workflow monitoring records.
- Support communications you send to Synveron, including email address, message content, and related metadata.
- Website usage data when optional analytics are enabled through the site's MapleConsent privacy controls.
- Security and operational logs needed to prevent abuse, debug errors, and maintain service reliability.
How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Synveron product you installed or use.
- Provide support, billing assistance, security notices, and product updates.
- Generate reports, exports, dashboards, alerts, and other workflow outputs requested by the customer.
- Protect products from abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and service degradation.
- Meet legal, tax, marketplace, and compliance obligations.
Product-specific notes
- MapleConsent stores consent records so merchants can demonstrate consent choices and withdrawal history.
- FrancoCheck scans public storefront pages and stores audit findings so merchants can track Bill 96 readiness.
- PipelineGuard processes HubSpot deal metadata needed to identify stale or at-risk deals.
- WorkflowWatch, when launched, will process HubSpot workflow metadata needed to detect enrollment drift and alert conditions.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, marketplace, billing, email, and AI providers where needed to operate the products. Current or expected providers include Cloudflare, Railway, Shopify, HubSpot, Stripe, Resend, and Anthropic. Providers are used only for the services they perform for Synveron and are not allowed to use customer data for their own purposes.
AI processing
Some Synveron products use AI models to classify, extract, summarize, or score workflow data. AI calls are scoped to the product task, and outputs are returned to the customer as application logic or reports. Synveron does not sell customer data.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain audit records requested by the customer, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect service security. Product-specific retention limits may apply.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information. Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity or route merchant-customer requests through the merchant that controls the data.
Quebec and Canadian privacy
Synveron designs its privacy practices with PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 in mind. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact [email protected].
